" At the beginning we were 2 hour late because of the border guards checkup, then we found there was NOONE at the NATIONAL desk Terminal 2 Phuket when we have arrived. I had to make a phonecall and then we had to wait for driver, were brought to Terminal 1 and fill up all the forms. Car was in good condition. But when returning the car there are no NATIONAL CAR RENTAL CARPARK SPACES. When I stopped I found there was no one I at either desk on Terminal 1 nor 2. I was very close obtaining the fine from Policemen at the airport as there was no space to stop as DropOff-PickUp Passengers only. Finally I had to call and make an appointment with person I have left the car and keys with. "
