" Satisfied with everything except the fuel - see above. "

" All in all very efficient however I noticed that the fuel tank wasn't full as stated. When I received the vehicle the remaining kilometres showed as 652 but when I returned the vehicle full it showed 756. A small point but a little annoying I guess! "

" We have booked a car seat at the time of booking however at the time of arrival to Budget in Bratislav we were refused to be given one and told that they don't care and AutoEurope is crap and we should get our own car seat. So we had to go and buy a car seat our self for a 2 years old baby. I have never came across such a rude person who had no interest in serving us the customer and also couldn't stop complaining about AutoEurope. "

" The staff at the airport were pleasant and helpful.Overall we were happy with the rental but there was one problem that could have been very serious. We were given no instructions about the use of Adblue and there was no manual. Halfway into the holiday, the Adblue light appeared on the dashboard. As we had no manual, we didn't know what the problem was and had to ask a local mechanic. We also rang Budget and they did respond very quickly to our query so we were happy with this. Once we topped up the Adblue, the problem was solved but it should have been explained to us and it should have been checked by Budget first. One other thing, the Peugeot was too tall to park underground so next time, we will go for a slightly smaller van "
