" Long delays checking in. Only one person working on check in counter, who was rude and dismissive to my wife. No printed paperwork was supplied. Car was old and scratched. As we didn't have a printed diagram of car detailing damage, we took the precaution of videoing existing damage. Lucky we did - after returning the car (the person who received the car insisted he didn't need to check it with us once it had been refuelled, which it was) we were emailed a report telling us we had damaged the front passenger wheel rim. Luckily we had already documented this damage on video on pickup. Not impressed with Sixt. "
