" Never ever again! The staff was not informative. Didn't bother to inform what car or what damge it has already, didn't show protocol of vehicle, didn't inform what type of fuel. Demand do I pay extra insurance. I informed that I have my own excess car insurance. Didn't satisfy him and told me that I have to clean the car or I will be charged 35 eur. I said that on my voucher there is no such a thing that I have to wash the car! I rented in many other countries and I've never been asked to wash the car. After going to the car park I found car which was dirty, mirrors, windscreen side of the car. I went back to the counter and said you are telling me that I have to wash the car but you giving me a dirty car!I heard: it is only wet.. I recorded everything and asked to clean mirrors as it is dangerous to drive with dirty mirrors! The boy at the lot was very rud and still arguing that the car is clean... but eventually cleaned the mirrors. Then told me that I have to leave as blocking space.. it was only 1 day renting. On the return I met guy walking into the parking and I told him to check the car. Firstly he refused that he finishes his job now but after convincing him that the car is just here he went down. He put his torch and checked everything. I told him that this car is now washed (I paid 5 eur on the petrol station beside airport) but I collected unclean car. He only said sorry. Such a waste of time with the Flextogo they're only looking to make perpetrator. Don't be foul with better deal and cheaper price it is not worth all the hassle with them! Important he didn't even send the email with documents after my request they appeared in my email. Avoid if you don't want to wate your money and time! "

Dzwonie kilka razy na numer z informacji na okienku, nikt nie odbiera a samolot mam za pol godziny. Wrzucam klucze do wrzutki. Po przylocie na miejsce dostaje protokol zdania pojazdu wystawiony przez ta sama firme FLEXRent Sp. zo.o./Global z godzina wystawienia 21:23 (jak to bylo mozliwe skoro nikogo tam nie bylo?) w ktorym znajduje dwie zaznaczone rysy, z przodu i z tylu. Sprawdzilem karte, dalej zablokowane 500 Euro na koncie. Mysle sobie wtedy ze firma chce mnie naciagnac na naprawe. Zglosilem sprawe do mojego ubezpieczyciela, powiedziano mi ze musze czekac na protokol szkody. Czekam kolejne trzy dni, nic nie dostaje na maila a pieniadze dalej zablokowane na karcie. Dzwonie do Global Polska, powiedziano mi ze mam czekac do konca tygodnia na protokol a jezeli nic nie przyjdzie to bedzie znaczyc ze wszystko jest ok. i oddaja mi pieniadze. Po kolejnych dwoch dniach pieniadze zostaly odblokowane, nie dostalem juz zadnej informacji od Global czy tez Flex Rent. Podsumowujac, z samochodu korzystalem tylko ja, parkowalem i zostawialem samochod zawsze majac go na "oku" wiec nie jest mozliwe ze ktos czy cos go porysowalo. Rowniez nie jezdzilem wsrod krzakow czy innych zarosli. Jestem zawodowym kierowca z dlugoletnia praktyka, rocznie robie ok 100tys km samochodem osobowym. All collection desks are on the ground floor opposite the arrivals, your collection desk was on the level +2 with no descriptions on the airport that there is any collection desk. Deposit has been unlocked on my account after 7 days probably in response on an email which I sent, but still I didn't get car return protocol. "

" I received multiple booking confirmations, the first one confirming that no one way fee would be charged, and then the day before the trip a second one changing that amount in the pdf without specific notice in the email sent. Once at the desk, i was charged with that amount after having to wait 30 minuts for the clerk to ask Auto Europe office. Finally i had to claim that amount back. Lots of time lost to pick up the car and to claim that charge back. "

" Call center in ireland has no idea that you can change your booking on webside id you make mistake with your booking.I chose return at 13.30 irginaly and when i call to change it to 11.30 she said i will do it with local rent company! I back on you web and choase manage my booking .Done "
" I got size bigger car then requested (thanks to them)but car was crashed and boot lid was making noise all 4 days .I was informed that it hapend 15 minutes before my arrival and there in no replacemet car-I have no choice at 21.00 and 2 hours drive with kids. "

Last year I have use u for Lanzarote and all was great , pick up and at the return desk experience was great that was mainly reason when I choose you guys 2nd time. at pick up desk I was given small nissan qashqai instead of Opel Insignia I have booked, Explained to rep at the spot that I have baby trolley with me and I cant fit unit to boot and asked for swap. He refuse to do it and told me that this is the only car they have left ( really !!!! ) and no swap will be done I end up placing baby trolley between baby & mother with was very uncomfortable all the way and ruined our 4 day holiday. " I'm completely dissatisfied. At the price I paid at the booking i needed to pay further 61.50 due to return the car to different location. It was mentioned in the voucher but not included into the final price, so i was led to believe that the price was cheaper than other competitors. Since in my booking i specify 2 different airport, the 61.50 should have been included in the final price. with other competitors, in the same condition I have not been charged of any one way fee. "

" I was very satisfied in the end but I would like to comment that I dont believe that it is satisfactory to allow people to book cars and just tell them that there may be a charge locally for a certain aspect of their booking. People come to you for great value and you cannot be vague about any subsequent costs that may be inflicted upon them. Every cost must be stated in your booking conditions. "
