" Oryx in Dubrovnik stole my money. They initially gave me damaged car with about 12 scratches. Only half of them were documented, but oryx agent assured me that all these scratches are noted in paper. Yet I made the pictures for most of the scratches I could discover before taking the car on July 3rd. On my return the car on July 17 they have charged almost 1000 Euro for the scratch that was available before taking the car. Their reason was that it was not documented by the agency I showed them the pictures of these scratches made on July 3, but they insisted that I should pay otherwise they contacted policemen to stop my flight departure from Dubrovnik. This is a fraud and I am going to sue your company for this and inform all forums. "

Most of money oryx dubrovnik makes on extortion money from the customers rather that car rental. The way they proceed is following. Ana Butijer , agency manager, offers damaged cars with the numbers of dents and scratches. Only part of them are documented. They assure the customer that all of the cars defects are well documented, and there is no reason to worry. When customer returns the car one of the "well documented: scratches appear to be not documented at all, and customer is threatened either pat to agency 1000 Euro extra or miss the flight from Dubrovnik since police would block the exit for non-payers. "
