" Since charging was a problem, I could not explore the region as much as I had wanted to do, needing to save battery power to get back to Bergen. So essentially that had a negative impact on my holiday "

" The staff was friendly BUT I was not pleased with the car I received (an upgrade that I did not ask for and an electric car which I did not ask for either. The app for charging the car did not work so I could not use the car for the purpose I rented it - a lot of money spent without being able to use the car much) "

" I think they give detailed information on the return location. I wandered around looking for the parking lot. "

" When I picked up the car, I had difficulties to get the key from machine. I spent more than 30 mins and I called the help desk to get the key. The car was pretty new though "

" Unfortunately I had such a terrible experience that the airline canceled my flight and rescheduled me for the next day. upon my arrival, I was informed by the clerk that the car was no longer available and that I had lost my reservation. but how so? I paid for 3 days of car rental and because I didn't pick it up on the first day, because of someone else's fault, I consequently missed the other days. the same clerk informed me to try to rent again the next day and try to redo the contract. I simply gave up and opted to take a taxi. "

" Usual quality and service, which is why I always use AutoEurope when I rent. "

" After 2 hours of driving car reported low oil. Checking in a garage the oil levels were below the minimum. Very concerning that a reputable company would lease a vehicle without basic maintenance checks being performed. Hertz telephone helpline did not function, so I was left to buy and fill oil myself. Was also disappointing that only automated pick-up was available (all other car company booths were staffed) so that we were not able to add a second driver. On the positive side, return process was straightforward; although I am waiting on the return of the costs for the oil. Having regularly used Hertz I was very disappointed. "

" Booking was fast and cheaper than directly with the provider. "

" I booked a manual car, and they only had auto in stock. They didn't offer any manual, and had to accept to drive away an auto, after their system crashed and kept me waiting for almost 1 hour with two babies in the office. "
