" I got the car scratched on each side. They showed me the pictures on the tablet so it was hard to verify. When I returned the car, they found a small scratch on the wheel. The company took me 232 euros to repair it!! My mistake is that I did not check the car thoroughly but it is hard to check without map what other companies give. To this day, I have no invoice for repairing the wheel. I have the photo of damaged wheel (which I am sure I didn't make it). "

I suppose I should have noticed before I left the airport but I shouldn't have had to!! However normally Hertz is good so I will not condemn them for one bad experience. "
