" There was additional charges at the desk that were not explained properly. Premium location fee of 24% and vat at 19% which I thought was all included. An extra 60 euro in total!!! "

" 1) had to wat for over 40 mins to get a car as they said they were waiting for the keys!! 2) they gave me a contract for an Audi A6 and (after 40mins) told me sorry we rented the car this morning! instead you have a Mazda. how amateurish is this? 3) although the fuel said the car is full was actually empty! again disgrace although I have rented from national in the past will no longer do so! "

" National have very nice staff at Düsseldorf airport. They also have a reasonable approach to tiny scratches -"anything that fits inside a €2 coin size is ok". This is NOT the case with Avis/Budget who recently charged me €800 for a tiny stone chip on the windscreen. "
