" I was denied a car at the counter for having a recently issued driving license. I have been driving for over 15 years. Had to pay an extra 130 Euro to add a second driver to be able to get the car!! Your website had no such conditions listed. I saw a 30 euro for adding second driver. "

" The car was simply not as described - there were several problems from start to finish. Mostly with Hertz. "
" This was a total disaster. 1. The vehicle was filthy, it had not been cleaned inside of out - there was dirt, sand and silt all over the vehicle. 2. The vehicle was in terrible physical condition the exteriror. It had a chipped windscreen, many scratches, bodily indentations & interior failures. 3. The Hertz staff at Fez airport were beyond rude. They spoke very little English and made no effort to help us. We waited over 2 hours to get the vehicle as there was only one person on the desk. My list could be much longer only for the word count im under. I would like to arrange a phone call with either Auto Europe or Hertz to arrange compensation for this terrrible service failure. "
