" The issue was with the same people doing returns and rental. Renters were frustrated and services was so slow. The 2 workers spoke to me in a aggressive, customer blaming manner I rarely experience. The system I pointed out was not working. The workers at the SixT desk beside Avis Budget got through renters quickly.. "

" There was a que which moved very slow for pick up, 2 people working the desk with lots of people being served without joining the que, when several customers queried this we were told returns were prioritised, however lots of the returners argued about their retuen bill which caused further delay. When I raised that service was very slow I was told I had a bad attitude and they would be slower because I put them under pressure. When my turn did come they closed the doors for the desk advising their system crashed and all forms had to be done by hand. Then they advised my credit card was refused by my bank despite there being more than sufficient credit being on the card. I was advised the only way I could get the reserved car was to pay e143 for total insurance which I felt I had to pay. The whole process took over an hour and a lot of customers shared our frustration with service and issues with cards. The airport was v v busy+ chaotic. I was v v frustrated, worst car rental experience I ve had. "
