" I bought a voucher from auto Europe which clearly says cdw covered for an excess of 1650 euros. I had to pay 465 euros for a scratch repair at rental desk. I claimed for a refund from auto Europe and their refund dept has rejected the claim saying I haven't paid for this. There voucher clearly says what's included in rental and cdw is mentioned there. Wastage of time and money going with auto Europe. "
" Smart car rental is a torture. Don't waste your time and money with these guys. On the day of renting I had to queue for an hour just to enter the office where only 2 person are sitting with rentals. A third person was roaming around with no assistance to the people waiting in queue. "

" Car was in poor condition. Engine warning light was permanently on. Told it was okay. Glass in centre console was broken. Front hubcap wheel missing. Upholstery front and back was badly stained and dirty. Two rear tires were badly worn. Very unsafe. Condition of the car outside was very badly scratched and dented. First car that we were offered had no rear driver side rear lights working. Second car had one broken rear tail light. Throughout our holiday it felt like we were driving a wreck. I would not drive a vehicle of this standard at home. The clutch felt that it would give out at any time. They told me that the vehicle had just been serviced.....
