" Hello, I recently rented a car, and I noticed a minor scratch on the underside of the vehicle. I'm uncertain whether this scratch existed before I rented the car or if it occurred during my rental period. Despite having insurance coverage for the vehicle, I was informed that the deposit I provided would not be refunded due to the damage. I have attached the photo they sent me for your reference. They indicated that they would deduct nearly 300 euros from my deposit to cover the cost of repairs and would not return it to me. I'm unsure why they are deducting from the deposit in a situation like this when such incidents should typically be covered by the insurance. I find this situation unacceptable. Thank you. "

" I was very dissatisfied from ur service . The enterprise people were not at time T airport so I had to call them and waited 1 hour and 5 mins . If I wouldn't have paid to ur company I swear I would rather choose any other company . They charged me 10 euros for night charge which was not written anywhere . I am very unhappy and very dissatisfied with the facility u provide . I demand my money back or else everyone in Internet will know the story as I have proof . And I have spoken with my lawyer . It's not about my money it's about breach of trust and my dignity . So u will ah e to apologise and refund me my hired money . I wish u don't want bad name for ur company . I rented via eutoeurope in Munich everything was fine and I was happy "

" They are theif and they charged me 10 euros extra for night time than rental which was not mentioned when I was booking any way all internet will know about scan of Autoeuropa and enterprise . All in all I want my refund of I will definetely take an action and be prepared for that. I have lost me but I make sure u will loose atleast 1000 then my anger will be over . And I may take legal action against them as they cheated by not telling night charge in advance like other companies . Dr Sumit Rana is my name and I will prove u guys . Good luck for u "

" I am overall satisfied , one thing only. We have booked car only one day in advance and we're not sure if car will be available as Web page showed ' we are searching car for you' or something like that. Confirmation email was SENT ONLY midday next day, after we have collected the car. So naturally we were worried and had to ring Enterprise office to get confirmation that car will be available. We didn't want to go all the way to Enterprise office to find out that both cars are available. "
