" Good stuff - bad condition of the car "

" The car was not in good condition. Τhe car was not always adequately controlled by the steering wheel. I also had a flat tyre and I had to change it because it was unrepairable due to age and danger. All 4 tyres was not in good condition. The staff was good and helpfull. "

" In documents provided by Auto Europe I found later, that we should not accept extra insurance offered by Budget car, but it was very tiny letters..... "

About the service from - BUDGET

" The car was ok, without problems. But I was pushed to pay extra insurance, altough I already have had Super cover provided by Auto Europe. When I wanted to make a complaint, when I returned car on the airport, the employee/manager was very arrogant, he didn´t want even to listen my arguments. The amount, we payed extra is about 30USD, which is not big amount. But principle is very wrong. "
