" I have been a regular user of Green Motion but I am very disappointed with the drop-off on this occasion. There is no lit area to inspect the vehicle, no staff to return the vehicle to and no way to confirm the condition of the vehicle - I am now being charged and accused of damage that occurred whilst the vehicle was parked outside my rental period!! "

" We have been treated appallingly by this despicable and unethical company. Your association with this company only serves to dissuade us from ever utilizing your services ever again. A big lesson learned to only ever in future do business with reputable and professional ethical companies. "

" The car we received had low engine oil and we had to replace this the day after we collected the vehicle. When we returned the vehicle it was inspected by Greenmotion staff and we were advised that all was fine at 2pm. At 8:00pm we received an email from Greenmotion advising that we had caused €400 worth of damage to the car. A second inspection took place without us being present and we were advised that this was their policy. Our consumer rights have been breached. I believe that this scam is commonplace with Greenmotion having read a large number of reviews from other victims of this scam from all around the world. We are disgusted by this appalling treatment and will never use this despicable company again. Lesson learned on our behalf to only use reputable and ethical car rental companies such as Hertz and Europcar. Very disappointed with this vile experience. "

" I was able to phone Auto Eu before I left to ensure my insurance was sufficient'; and it was reassuring that I could phone them at any time if a problem arose; it was my second time using Auto Eu and I will also the next time. Thank you "
