If I didn't meticulously went through everything I could've been in trouble. Plus took 1 and a half hours extra to get on the road. "

" On your website I booked the category Volkswagen Passat Estate or similar. After booking I called Europcar/Keddy to make sure for a specific car. There I got the information that the category which I booked doesn't contain VW Passat Estate. It is not the first I see this with your offers. I had the same situation last year but there I just then paid the Upgrade to the Volkswagen Passat Estate. There I am not happy with you. Offering a category with a different car picture showing up. I am expecting to get this car what you advertise or very similar car. Passat is the category JWAR but we got Skoda Octavia which is the category IWAR. There I am very very unhappy. "
" We have already rented cars many times but this was one of the worst experience we ever had. For a Company like Europcar it is unacceptable. 3 bad things: 1. I arranged already via phone earlier (3-4 weeks in advance) to get a specific car. From the list For this category I asked for the Mazda 6 Estate or Hyundai i40. We got a Skoda Octavia. There were no other Cars available and she said that she hasn't seen Mazda for long time. Well why I get this offered on the phone? When we went down to the Garage there we saw 2x Hyundai i40 left - to the comment there are no other cars left! 2. Inside of the car we smelt cigarette. We have 2 kids and I had on this trip from Munich to Hamm - headache. 3. We waited 1.5 hours until we got our car. Totally bad service. "

I assumed that banner is on top of selected car. This caused me to miss an offer with additional diver included. "
