" the pickup point was located rather far from the terminal, though there was a prompt shuttle bus. I would help if there was a display board with details and a courtesy telephone for Cal Auto in the terminal building. We actually relied on kindly representative from Hertz to call for our shuttle. "

" Quick, efficient service both in airport and at pick-up. Call made at airport desk to confirm earlier pick-up. Good map provided. Would have had to pay for GPS - this could be improved! Other companies provide free GPS! "

" Car was clean and kitted out with high vis jacket etc good shuttle service to and from airport. Pick-up location adjacent to main road - easy access to highway. "
