" The video that runs at the pickup desk is useful. Additional information about the narrowness of the roads would be helpful. "

" In Keflevic Airport the return area for the car is badly signposted and in the dark with the clock ticking it would be helpful to have a map layout of the area. The staff are lovely and at the pickup desk did try to describe the layout but with all of the other stuff going on their instructions were wasted unfortunately. "

" Counter pick up slow, but staff friendly and courteous. Significant amount of additional damage on car not noted in damage form when rental contract signed at counter, we were advised to inform staff only on drop off. On drop off, staff tried to say we had caused it despite us having video of the existing damage - in the end no problem and we should not be charged for this. Car was meant to be full on pick up but wasn't - we were told at counter that it was "

" Very good except being pulled over by the police because the vehicle wasn't road worthy according to the police. "

" They issued us with a vehicle with no front license plates. Within a kilometre of the airport we were pulled over by the police, video recorded, cautioned, and fined 20,000ISK not the ideal start to our holiday. The vehicle should never been allowed on the road if the police believe it not to be road worthy. "

" The car we got was very dirty, I don't see a way to attach photos. Food crumbs, liquid stains, and fingerprints everywhere. The steering wheel felt disgusting, and the wet wipes came out black... "

" I believe that the car insurance opinions should be discussed prior to car pickup, either by phone or email when booked online. I feel it can sometimes be a scare tactic and customers will sign up to insurance without doing a background research and feel that it can be sprung upon the customers when they arrive to pick up the vehicle and they can be tired and not giving the host their full attention. I recommend that a follow up call re insurance is required before pickup to give customers time to think about their options "

" Lovely new Nissan 4 wheel drive. Clean as a whistle. Good staff to deal with. Pity about the price of the insurance but after doing a lap of Iceland I understand why. Tyre pressures were at 50psi, should have been 30 and 34. Thank you, will use again. "

" Overall ok except for two things: 1. We were given a Dacia (Duster) and not a Suzuki as we had expected. 2. You can return cars 24/7 but when we returned our car at 5am there was a long queue and then it takes about 10min when a member of staff deals with you. People should be told in advance to plan to return their car 45 minutes ahead of schedule. This does not happen in other airports where returning of keys and checking car body and fuel is usually very swift. "
