" After 2 hours of driving car reported low oil. Checking in a garage the oil levels were below the minimum. Very concerning that a reputable company would lease a vehicle without basic maintenance checks being performed. Hertz telephone helpline did not function, so I was left to buy and fill oil myself. Was also disappointing that only automated pick-up was available (all other car company booths were staffed) so that we were not able to add a second driver. On the positive side, return process was straightforward; although I am waiting on the return of the costs for the oil. Having regularly used Hertz I was very disappointed. "
