" Admittedly, the staff has to deal with a large volume of customers and a large range of rental issues. However, I found the staff to be super friendly (especially at drop-off) and extremely efficient/pragmatic with respect to their customer approach. Refreshing! Independent of the staff, we found the supplemental border crossing charges and the high cost of the green card to be annoying extras imposed by Hertz. "
