There were so many scratches on the car, it was impossible to list them all. It was dirty and smelly. I had a very positive experience in my last rental from you in Germany, and I am now very disappointed that your company can endorse such a terrible service provider. "

" A. The representative did not waite for us at the meeting point. We where looking for him for more then an hour. After a loong time we contected him via a driver of an other company and only then he arrived. An other client of Greem M coming on the same flight had the same experience. B. I orderd a Polo. I got an old Nisan note although they had 3 new Polos in the parking. Nothing I had to say did not help me, the guy the was hiding behind Polo or similer. C. the car was demeged from all it sides and was dirty inside. D. The tank that was supposed to full, it was 3/4 I had to ask for corection. In conclusion of this rent it was the horrible rent I had after meny years I am renting cars with your company. "

Instead of the booked VW Up they gave me a Hyundai Atos literally falling apart. Disastrous external and internal conditions,far beyond normal wear-and-tear. Shock absorbers needing replacement, wobbly radio front panel and Air Conditioner NOT WORKING. I drove this "car" for a while before requesting and obtaining a replacement. During the entire 10-day period I noticed that no other renting company operating in Chania give their clients vehicles of such a poor quality and look. My recommendation to Auto Europe is: stay away from Green Motion. "

" I'm afraid i will try to avoid Green Motion car rental company in the future. There was nobody waiting for us at the airport in the arrivals hall so i had to call them and arrange our pick up. We had to wait approximately 45 minutes to get our car since there were only two persons to serve the customers(one had to go to pick up more customers from the airport)and 25 minutes to return it(one attendant this time, it was Sunday). The car was old, dirty and full of scratches so you had to pay extra attention and make sure that the attendant would mark everything on the rental aggrement contract. We had to stop on our way to our destination to fill up the air in the front tires of the car. "
