" My experience is that i was 'caught' by Firefly ... i checked the car on pickup & on return 3 days later,handed in the keys and left.30 mins later i was informed by email the TWO front alloy wheels were damaged ... TWO ! just not possible unless i had been involved in an incident [and even then it would be difficult to damage 2 wheel] ... The bill is around 500 euro and i know i am being penalised for not taking out insurance with Firefly.I have been burned and they will not get another chance . "

" I did not get the car I booked (VW Jetta). The car I got (Vauxhall Astra) had a lot of marks/scuffs. The clutch was difficult to operate, making the car engine prone to shutting down/stalling. It was not enjoyable to drive, very under-powered. "

" Having not used a hire company before , it was very hard to find Firefly which was actually Hertz . We had no mobile data for a while so couldn't open message from ye . Other than that great service , car was amazing "
