" On your booking site it gave the information for the pre auth at €95 . When I picked up the car they said that was incorrect and told me they were pre authentication of €300 euro. This reserved money that I was due to use on our family holiday. "

" Initially I was given a car with a broken petrol gauge. They said it was a common problem with the type of car. After I refused to take it (I did not want to rent a that doesn't show the amount of petrol left) I was given another car that was full of scratches. Not a great experience. "

" All nice and easy. We had late, minor changes to the booking which were managed with a call to the office at the pickup location. Auto europe website booking modification link brought us to rebooking page which wasnt much help. "
