" Check in of car was not very good,no staff in car park 5pm. Very few car parking spaces available. Had to return keys to main desk! Time consuming No check done on vehicle,receipt invoice not available for two days. Car was good value for money check out procedure was efficient "

" I had to wait nearly ten minutes for someone to attend the desk.the server was friendly and got me sorted with a car. However the car hadn't really been cleaned thoroughly with the alloys and front bumper still dirty and sand and grass throughout the front and rear of the interior. When getting a rental that I am paying for I don't like to feel that I am driving around in someone else's dirt. "
" Due to complications traveling we had no creditcard with us. I called in personally to the Europcar offices to explain the situation and see how we could reslove it and was treated very poorly, almost with contempt. I will never use them again and will advise anyone i meet to do the same. "
" It was not clear at all to me (despite having booked with you several times before) that I was subject to limited mileage (which was not convenient as I had a long distance to travel) AND it was also not obvious that I would have to pay 1,300 deposit - which left me without adequate funds for my family holiday.
