" Car we rented was not available to us and no automatic car was available. I had specifically requested an automatic. They also tried to force us to buy additional insurance and staff were very unhelpful. Basically a very poor service. Another car renter at the same time but through Ryanair site had a very similar experience. Could not recommend anyone to use enterprise again. "

" I bought extra insurance (In a hurry at the time) through your company paying 33 euro but still didn't know exactly how much of an excess i would be due to pay if had an accident - EU9320503-1 Auto Europe voucher number.I expected it would be clear on the voucher under the section "Your rental includes:" but this was not so, I was concerned by this, I had hoped this information would be clear when I purchased a further insurance cover-I still don't know where to find this information for further bookings.
