" Car rental experience the way it should be, smooth and customer focused. Kudos to the staff at Vienna airport. The only suggestion for improvement, is for Auto Europe to be able to synchronize customer data with Car rental companies in a more efficient manner, so that even less time is spent at the counter. Driver licence, address, credit card details, etc should be readily available, otherwise less information should be required in the online booking, as that will need to be confirmed at the counter anyway. Thanks. "
