" 1. At check-in they tried to with a lot of persistence convince me that by law I have to buy from them the additional insurance (for 70$), even though I had a voucher with zero excess insurance package already. Only because I was very confident I did not get scammed in this way.
2. Also they wanted to block 1500$ on my CC, even though the voucher was saying 600$. Again, I had to argue about it.
3. Eventually, instead of get full/return full fuel policy I have selected during booking, I got a half empty car - I unwillingly accepted it because it was not specified on the voucher. "
