" I had a very bad experience. I knew the morning of our travel that we would not make it to the office before it closed at 11 pm. I called autoeurope and tried to change pickup time until the following morning. According to Autoeurope staff this was not possible and advised that I contacted Thrifty directly. Staffmember did put my flight number on the booking. I did not get through to Thrifty but to the mothercompany Hertz. The staff member told me that I could not change booking but that they would wait at least an hour. Unfortunately, our plane got severely delayed and we were not out in arrivals until 2.30 am. We decided to leave the airport and returned the next morning to pick up car. We were told that our original booking was void, that we could not get our money back but was offered a car from Hertz at twice the price of that of the original Autoeurope booking. I am very annoyed that I could not change the pick up time when I wanted, that I was not encouraged to change it with car rental company, that my money are lost despite the fact that I rent a car from the same company (Hertz/Thrifty) and that a contract is not honoured. "

" I had to wait nearly ten minutes for someone to attend the desk.the server was friendly and got me sorted with a car. However the car hadn't really been cleaned thoroughly with the alloys and front bumper still dirty and sand and grass throughout the front and rear of the interior. When getting a rental that I am paying for I don't like to feel that I am driving around in someone else's dirt. "

" It was not clear at all to me (despite having booked with you several times before) that I was subject to limited mileage (which was not convenient as I had a long distance to travel) AND it was also not obvious that I would have to pay €1,300 deposit - which left me without adequate funds for my family holiday. Very disappointing. I will warn others to be very careful if they consider booking with you in the future "

" although the fuel gauge read full i believe that in reality it was not.as the needle began to drop after only driving about 50 km this is unsual for modern car,and later confirmed when i refuelled the car at copenhagen, i would normally pay in the region of 180dkk to fill tank but on this occassion it was 260dkk a little dissappointed otherise i was happy with the service provided "
