" During a difficult and problematic car pick up the agent at Auto Europe was not helpful at all. "

" At pickup I was brought a damaged car and begged me to take it, I refused and the manager got very aggressive. Offered me an "upgrade" for a few days with smaller boot capacity. We managed with it but then had to swap cars a few days later with another aggressive and unhelpful staff member. There is far more to this rental but could not care less about writing more about it, I simply will not use Auto Europe or Green Car Rental ever again. It was an ordeal. "

" I Contacted autoeurope to send me on an incident form to enable me to complete a report and submit copies of documents as requested by tental company to resolve a matter and i have had no response yet but i find my credit card debited for over euro700 without my permission, can someone please contact me! "

" I was informed that my full deposit of 2k would be released and that an outstanding issue would be dealt with directly with autoeurope under my super cover, i now find a charge of over 700 levelled against my credit card without my authorisation "

" I have using The company Top rent a car - 3 times within the past 6 weeks, every time they collect us from the airport and just drop us in front of the offices with no communication of who is first to collect the car. No manners and customer service, they lost my details twice. "
