" I rented out a car for 10 days and on the 3rd day I had a flat tyre and my wife, my daughter and myself spend from 11am till 6.30pm waiting for a replacement car. this amidst a number of calls with people from Buchbinder promising to deal with the situation. I spoke to someone named Rudolph on the number they gave us for issues encountered outside Germany. This was a lousy experience. we spent one whole day at the OSV petrol station in Zell am See and that was quite disturbing. I hope someone gets in touch with us. We expect a minimum refund of the full value of the rental as one whole day of our vacation was ruined not to mention the distress and the extra costs that we incurred because of this. Thanks. "

It was not explained where I should drop the car back! So I returned it to the car park space in which I collected it. Which ended up costing me an extra 6euro. He never told he the car had to be returned to P4 parkhaus. When returned the petrol needle was very slightly to the right of the full line and the man said it was not a full tank, so I had to drive off and find a petrol station and put 3euro in it! Very bad experience. "
