" No spare tyre provided and this only discovered when I had a puncture. I lost a full day waiting a flatbed truck to come and take the car for repair in the nearest town over 2 hours away. I paid for the full cost. If no tyre is provided, this should be clarified before rental contract is completed. Very unsatisfactory and ruined my plans. "

" Boot spring broken. Difficult to load suitcases into boot while holding heavy boot door open with the other hand. "
