" Complaint made due to booking issue with your systems(autoeurope) which allows to book at the limit of the opening hours(like 4.00pm) and the Avis branch closes at 4pm. Very upset never saw that in my all customer life with Autoeurope. I hope to get my moneyback "

" Quite easy to book and Avis was expecting us when we arrived in Brussels. "
" Staff was very efficient. We were a bit surprised about the additional cost of insurance. It was quite higher than expected. Despite the fact that the car had several bumps and bruises, it didn't affect our driving experience which was great. A crack in the windscreen was not marked on the form indicating the condition of the vehicle, but as we had full insurance it didn't matter in the end. "
