" Alamo were extremely good to deal with. The car received was exactly the one i had booked (i.e. not an equivalent) which is a rare event with rental car companies. Car was spotless and felt new even though it had a decent mileage on the clock. The only issue i had was that there was nobody present to receive the drop-off at 8:30 in the morning. Could be a working hours issue which is fair enough. The counter staff was at her desk and took the key no problem. "
