" The car I was initially assigned had a severe dent in the frame of the passenger side rear window. Obviously a sign of an attempt to break in to the vehicle. Upon pointing this out to the attendant in the rental parking lot, He immediately assigned a different car of a different make, same class. "

" Always easy and pleasant to book through auto europe. Sometimes the rental is not up to your expectations. "

" The car I was given had a lot of markings and small damages all around. There was no carpet for the feet of the co-driver. The one for the driver was the wrong one, getting in between your feet while driving. The car was given for pick up with 2/8 of gas, on a late Friday night. :( The personnel was very polite and helpful. "

" Fast and efficient way to get the right car anywhere in Europe at the best price. "

" Good experience overall with friendly & helpful staff. The car was great. One negative is that the car was 3/4 full of fuel and I was asked to return it 3/4 full. That is very difficult and I know that I lost money because of this strange fuel policy! "
