" Very Bad! If you are claiming to provide best customer service, you can do better than that. Customer service has very limited hours. Than when you reach them you get response that you should read terms and conditions.. Even if you have a proof of cancellation from the Alamo car rental. Can't reach them when you need them. I work as a manager in the hotel and I know what customer service is about.. "
" Placed my order online on the last minute after missing the train because of the delayed flight to Vienna airport. I chose Almamo, because I use them before without any problems. The lady at the desk recommend me to book online that it's cheaper than directly at the desk. After making my reservation I filled all the papers and than I was told that they can't accept my Visa debit card. I've asked for the refund and Alamo told me to call Europe car and ask them to transfer my reservation to different office which accept my card ( Budget, Europe car, Hertz, Buchbinder - where I took the car at the end.) I wasn't able to reach the customer service on Saturday at 7:30 pm. So no HELP from autoeurope. Claiming to provide best customer service. I haven't received any service, but still lost 55 eur. It's not fair and I feel robbed. "
