In Austria you can park in "Blue zones". Make sure you place your imprinted parking disc well visible on your dashboard. This disc allows you to park for 3 hours. In Salzburg it can be hard to fins a parking lot in the city centre. Here you can park your car on one of the Park & Drive lots outside of the centre and take the bus into the city.
