When the weather conditions become wintry and colder in Germany, winter tyres are mandatory. All rental car suppliers will, therefore, provide this equipment with their vehicles. Although no official regulation on mandatory winter tyres are enforced in countries such as Slovakia and Poland, most suppliers will equip cars with them to provide a safer drive.
