The voucher carries the AutoEurope logo despite the fact that the rental company used is not always autoeuropa (which has the same logo above it's desk). I was not the only one to queue for over 2 hours in the wrong queue.
It's a bad start to a trip. The voucher needs to bs clearer as to the rental company being used (putting in bold or capitals would help). That aside the service was efficient.
About the service from the local car rental company - TARGARENT
The lady on the desk could not have been nicer.
She was genuinely horrified that I'd waited so long. I picked the car up at 2 instead of 1130.
