Restaurants: Lunchtime is normally around 11:30 and 13:00 and dinner is served around 19:00 - 20:00. But there is always a place open where you can get something to eat.
Shops: Shops in Lisbon are usually open Mon. - Sat. between 09:00 to 18:00. On Sundays some shops in the city center are open between noon and 21:00. Shopping malls are open Mon. - Sat. between 09:00 - 20:00. Some supermarkets are even open 24 h per day.

Dont forget to bring your car rental voucher, valid driver's license, passport and a credit card in your name. On this credit card the local rental company will reserve a security deposit that will be held during your car hire. If the vehicle is returned undamaged and with the correct amount of fuel, the deposit will be released and visible on your account within a couple of days. At pick up the local supplier will ask you to sign a rental contract. Please read this carefully and sign only if you agree to all terms. If the car has pre existing damages ask the staff to make a note on the contract. Check also if the car takes Diesel or petrol.
